What payment methods do you accept ?
You are asked to pay your order in advance at checkout. We accept payments through pay pal or any other credit card. We also accept payments via revolut. After selecting Pay By Revolut kindly effect payment on 99248658. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is received.
How does shipping work ?
Free standard shipping applies to local orders over 75 euro per shipping address. An order below 75 euro will incur a 5€ shipping fee.
If your order is to be shipped internationally, then a shipping fee will apply accordingly.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If parcels are shipped back to us due to an invalid address, we are not responsible to pay the shipping charge to send it again.
Do you ship internationally ?
Yes. We are happy to ship to a number of different countries against a shipping fee. If you do not find your country at checkout, please contact us on info@shopboxboutique.com in order to quote a shipping fee and process your order. We have a flat shipping rate for every box size we offer.
Please note that some items are unavailable for international delivery such as certain type of liquids. We will inform you via email, if there are any restrictions regarding your order.
Do you offer a pick-up option for Maltese residents ?
Yes. Clients who wish to place an order online and then pick-up from store can do so by selecting this option at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
 Deliveries in Malta and Gozo will be received within 1 - 5 working days. Receipt of deliveries at any other country will usually take 7-10 days. 
Do boxes ship as shown?
Yes. All products chosen come in a beautiful matte black or white box with our logo embossed in gold, tied with a black satin bow which would eventually make a beautiful keepsake box. Also, to protect our boxes while in transit, we will pack them in another carton, sleeve box.
What's your return policy ?
All sales are final.

However, if somehow you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@shopboxboutique.com and we will be happy to inspect it and replace the damaged item for you.
What's inside each box ?
We ship exactly what you see on each product page if you choose to order a prepacked box or the items that you personally choose if you decide to build your own box.

Products which are handmade are subject to change upon availability. If one of the items in our boxes is sold out, we will personally notify you and we will replace it with a similar item of equal or even greater value.
Do the boxes come with a greeting card or note ?
Yes, if you choose to. For each box you order, you have the option to include a card of your choice for FREE. You can either write the message in the space provided and we will personally hand write it for you or it can also be left blank. If left blank, note cards are left outside the box for you to write the message personally. Should you prefer otherwise, please leave a note of what you prefer at checkout.
Which box sizes do you offer ?
Currently, we are offering three box sizes:

PETIT BOX (Black or White) - 17cm x 17cm x 10cm


STANDARD BOX (Black or White or Blue) - 25cm x 20cm x 10cm

GRAND BOX (Black or White) - 38cm x 28cm x 15cm

Typically, a petit sized box will hold up to 3 items; standard sized box will hold 3 - 4 items while the grand box will hold 5 - 6 items depending on the dimensions of the chosen products.
My box is a gift. I do not want a receipt.
As per gifting etiquette we never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes. Should you wish a VAT receipt please inform us by email and we will send you a copy.
Can boxes be bought individually ?
No. We do not sell individual boxes. Each box has to be filled with a minimum of three items. One of the items has to have a minimum value of 10 euro.
Can I order more than 10 boxes from the online platform?
For orders of more than 10 boxes kindly email us on info@shopboxboutique.com and we will send you an inquiry form to fill in before we process your order.
I have a company and I want to make a corporate order. How can I order?
For more information on corporate orders or events kindly go to corporate gifting tab in homepage. You can also send us an email on info@shopboxboutique.com to discuss your gifting strategy.
How does the PREMIUM section work?
From the PREMIUM section you can buy products separately without a box.
Choose the items you would like to buy, add them to cart and checkout accordingly.
All items bought from our Premium section will be nicely presented in a bag.
