Please read these terms and conditions and ensure that you understand them before ordering any goods from our site.

Goods, Products and Availability

Images of items are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight differences in colour tone between the image of a product and the actual product due to lighting or even computer displays. We put a lot of effort to ensure that all prices shown on our site are correct. However, we reserve the right to change prices and to add or remove any discounts from time to time. Any discounts or offers promoted after you have paid, should not affect your placed order.

Orders

Our site is designed purposely to guide you step by step through your order. Before actually placing your order, you can at any time go back, review and amend your cart. A minimum order of 2 items are to be chosen within the box one of which with a minimum value of 10euro. Please make sure you have checked your order (box colour, items chosen and shipping costs) before submitting.  Payments must be made immediately for your order to be considered done and eventually processed. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number for future reference. Eventually, you will also receive an email with a tracking number and other dispatch information. For orders of more than 10 boxes kindly email us on info.shopboxboutique.com and we will send you an inquiry form to fill in before we process your order.

Payments

You will be asked to pay in advance at the last stage of your ordering process. We accept payments through Paypal. You can also opt to use the visa and other cards option through the Paypal website. We also accept payments via revolut or bov pay. If so, kindly press pay at checkout and then notify us with your order number by sending us an email on info@shopboxboutique.com

Delivery

All orders placed between Monday and Friday will be sent out the following working day. Deliveries in Malta and Gozo will be received within 1 - 4 working days. Receipt of deliveries at any other country will usually take 5 - 8 days. For the time being deliveries abroad may be delayed due to the current  situation.

Build Your Own Gift Box

Goods

All products chosen come in a beautiful matte black gift box or white gift box with our logo embossed in gold, tied with a black satin bow.  One can come and exchange gift if still in its original packaging.Should you receive any damaged item, please contact us on info@shopboxboutique.com  and we will be happy to inspect it and replace the damaged item for you.  We are not to be held responsible for items broken or damaged while in transit (during time of delivery).
